Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist provides high‑quality, individualized, cost‑effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients' medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. The role promotes teamwork and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties in a manner that supports a team concept and upholds Providence values. Work collaboratively with providers to deliver patient‑centered care, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
Required Qualifications- Pharm
D or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy - Upon hire:
Texas Pharmacist Registered or New Mexico Registered Pharmacist (New Mexico Board of Pharmacy)
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency
