Job Summary: Under the direction of the Patient Access Manager, the Patient Access Representative assists patients with on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits, while also completing financial clearance functions. The role gathers accurate demographic and insurance information, determines patient liability, and handles valuables collection and basic customer service tasks.

• Assist patients with on-site registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect and verify demographic information and insurance details.
• Determine patient liability and handle financial clearance for scheduled accounts.
• Manage valuables collection and provide basic customer service.
• Greet patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters.

• Minimum of 6 months healthcare experience in a business office, hospital, or medical office setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to process financial transactions and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Position Details: Full-time, Day shift. Pay: $14.80 – $22.18 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.

Work Location: Grace Clinic, TX Lubbock 4515 Marsha Sharp Fwy.
