Physical Therapist - Full Time

The Garrison Care Center in Lubbock, TX is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility that works closely with Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and the local community. The center provides post‑acute, long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services. We are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our in‑house rehabilitation program and help patients recover and thrive.

• Screen patients for physical functioning disorders and wound care, and develop appropriate care plans that meet regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer therapeutic procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries that comply with regulatory and clinical requirements.

• Physical Therapy license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new graduates are welcome.
