Clinical Support Specialist – Health Source Chiropractic

Health Source Chiropractic is seeking a high-energy Clinical Support Specialist to support both our Rehab and Front Desk teams. This role combines patient care and administrative support to ensure an excellent experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Rehab Specialist in instructing patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
• Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy
• Support front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones
• Perform insurance verification and assist with patient account questions
• Manage patient flow through the office
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
• Assist with social media and community outreach marketing as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• High School Diploma/GED or the equivalent required

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
