Key Responsibilities Request disclosures and open escrow, collect fees, and order preliminary title reports Order appraisals and collect and review client documentation Submit loan documentation to processing and gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred Familiarity with mortgage terminology
Experience with Point software preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications High level of integrity and confidentiality required
