Mortgage Closer

A company is looking for a Closer to prepare mortgage closing documents and ensure accuracy in communication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize mortgage closing documents, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements Communicate with internal staff and settlement agents to resolve closing issues in a timely manner Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance, and maintain a closing pipeline to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications 5 years' experience in preparing mortgage loan closing documents, preferred Knowledge of multiple investors' closing policies and procedures Familiarity with RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood, and state laws and regulations, preferred

Experience with Encompass, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
