Key Responsibilities Prepare all initial mortgage disclosures (i.e. Loan Estimates) Review accuracy of information on Loan Estimates and monitor timeliness of disclosures Maintain knowledge of RESPA guidelines and prepare re-disclosed documents as needed
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED;
Bachelor's degree preferred One to two years of experience in roles such as Processor or Loan Officer Assistant Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
