- Hands‑on experience with sales and client service
- Access to training, digital tools, and expert support
- Licensing required (insurance and securities)
Associate Partner (After 12 Months)
- Six‑month leadership training program
- Develop skills in recruiting and coaching
- Lead a team of financial professionals
- Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner
- Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions
- Gain hands‑on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long‑term strategy to achieve their financial goals
- Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six‑month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
Motivated individuals with leadership potential and a passion for helping others succeed. You may be a fit if you:
- Have sales or management experience
- Owned or operated a business
- Hold an MBA or similar advanced degree
- Must live in the Lubbock area
- Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus
- Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal‑oriented, highly motivated financial professional
- Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field
- Some sales experience needed
$150,000+ at plan yearly
