Position DescriptionPerforms routine pre‑award and post‑award activities associated with the management and oversight of the life cycle of awards. Employees must adhere to robust safety practices and comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. This position is reserved for use in Accounting Services or Research Services central offices.

We are seeking a talented individual for our Compliance Team who will oversee subaward management on sponsored projects and ensure compliance with federal & state regulations and institutional policy. The role requires excellent organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
ResponsibilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills. Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, implement solutions, and communicate effectively in writing. Demonstrated teamwork ability.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree and one year of experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Preferred Qualifications- Business‑related degree, CPA or candidate, CRA/CFRA/CPRA or candidate.
- Experience in research administration, including federal regulations and institutional policy.
- Experience working in TTU specific systems (Banner, FiTS, Tech Buy, BRS, Cognos, etc.).
Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations is a responsibility of all TTU employees.
