Primary DutiesRequires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics and a minimum of seven years' experience in financial analysis or accounting, or equivalent. Public Accounting experience, Master's degree, and / or CPA preferred.
Communication SkillsRequires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and external partners at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Numeric SkillsRequires the ability to perform analyses using complex statistical, financial and accounting methods.
Computer SkillsRequires ability to utilize the Company's database systems and available resources for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
Requires advanced knowledge of various software applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point to create complex financial documents, reports, graphs and presentations.
Work SkillsWorks in an office environment.
May require travel to other offices, including possible overnight travel.
Physical DemandsRequires performing activities including, but not limited to, sitting, standing, using office equipment, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and/or lifting.
