Civil Engineering Project Manager, Local Infrastructure/Public Works

• Manage planning, design, and construction of local infrastructure projects including municipal roadways, trails, storm drains, drainage studies, master drainage plans, and utilities.
• Lead design and plan production, ensuring quality and compliance with public entity requirements.
• Supervise and mentor technical staff and engineering in training.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee project scope development, professional services fee development, and staffing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent ABET accredited degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas (or transferable within 2 months).
• At least 5 years of local infrastructure/public works, municipal roadway, drainage, and pedestrian facility design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC‑RAS, GIS, and 2‑D H&H modeling.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff.
• Experience in project scope development and professional services fee development is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self‑directed team player, focus on quality, integrity and success.
