Position DescriptionPerforms advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned. May substitute for supervisor during his/her absence.

- Evaluate academic test credit, TSI Assessment scores, transfer coursework, and other educational data to determine TSI compliance in accordance with THECB rules and regulations and state‑mandated developmental education program.
- Direct, frequent correspondence and communication with students, academic advisors, Undergraduate Admissions, International Admissions, College Readiness Office, Transfer Evaluation, Academic Testing, and Orientation Services.
- Stay up to date on revisions to current TSI policies and regulations, and work cooperatively with supervisor to ensure processes and systems are updated accordingly.
- Serve as primary backup for TSI Compliance Office Unit Manager in her absence.
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
