Build a brighter future for all children.

Teaching is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to foster curiosity, creativity and compassion in children—all while helping them develop a lifelong love of learning.

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference every day? The Primrose School of Lubbock is looking for an energetic, nurturing, and dedicated Teacher to join our team of early childhood professionals.

At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our teachers are supported with an age-appropriate curriculum, a safe and engaging environment, and a leadership team committed to helping you thrive in your teaching career.

Make a difference every day.
  • Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
  • Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
  • Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
  • Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
  • Prior early childhood education or childcare experience preferred
  • Ability to meet state licensing requirements and background checks
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence
  • Full-time availability (30 - 40 hours a week)
  • Ability to professionally communicate with parents and team members
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care
Let’s talk about building a brighter future together.#J-18808-Ljbffr
