Position DescriptionAssists with the development and implementation of special events. Facilitates production of events by communicating with vendors, guests, internal staff and customers.

The Texas Tech University Office of Alumni Engagement, also known as the Texas Tech Alumni Association (TTAA), connects former students to the university and to one another through a membership‑based network that supports the university, builds relationships and fosters growth. The department is responsible for generating memberships, which allow for opportunities to connect with former students through events, programs, and chapters.
Following its transition to become part of the university in 2025, the department's mission remains unchanged:

Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience equal to five years.
