- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni, parents, and friends of the Texas Tech University System to secure planned gifts and major gifts.
- Constructive management of donor portfolios, utilizing tools and prospect management cycle.
- Build constructive and effective relationships to become a reliable resource for fundraising initiatives, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with philanthropic partners and colleagues across the System.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly through all communication vehicles.

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills; excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; knowledge of all aspects of fundraising, including annual giving, planned giving, campaign management, and strategic planning or the proven ability to become highly proficient in these areas; demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience equal to five years.
