Urology Physician

A busy thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High demand area with 3.5 million patient draw area including out of state. Strong earning potential from day one with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.

Position Highlights:

• Immediate Patient Volume: Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.

• Practice Flexibility: No fellowship required but welcomed, with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.

• Produce locations: Most procedures performed at local physician owned ASC. Office procedural rooms also available.

• Mentorship Opportunities: Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.

• Optional Call: Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-Year Guarantee: Competitive salary based on MGMA data.

• Exceptional Earning Potential: Expect to make $1.2+ million with fee for service model between years 2-3.

• Partnership Opportunities: Ownership/partnership in the clinic, ASC, and surgical hospital available after the first year, with no buy-in or overhead required for the clinic.
