• Join a premier organization running the pediatric emergency medicine program at the hospital
• Provide care at a regional children's hospital covering West Texas and eastern New Mexico
• Support a flexible shift schedule averaging 10 - 12 shifts or 120 hours per month for full-time
• Team covers a mix of days, nights, and swing shifts during the winter
• Contribute to an annual pediatric EM patient volume of approximately 25,000

• Will consider 2026 pediatric emergency medicine fellowship-trained physicians

• Excellent hourly rate of $250 for days and $285 for nights; full benefits
• $50k signing bonus
