• Bread-and-butter restorative + crown/bridge
• Extractions and surgical procedures (with support available)
• Endodontics (rotary) as you’re ready
• Implant placement opportunities (mentorship/adjacency supported)

Ramp plan is intentional

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: Closed

• $50,000 Signing Bonus
• 30% of Net Collections with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate
• Example earnings: $90,000/month collected = ~$27,800/month (~$333,600/year)
• $700/day guarantee for the first 90 days
• No lab or supply fees / adjustments
• CE Stipend: $1,200 annually
• Malpractice provided
