Overview

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a part‑time Physician Liaison to join our team in Lubbock, TX.

As a Physician Liaison, you will work closely with our clinical team and act as a brand ambassador in the community, calling upon local physicians to build relationships and generate referral leads to grow our patient referral base. The role combines sales and public relations, strategically promoting the clinics’ services and treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community.

• Oversee a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics.
• Increase patient referrals, strengthen relationships with providers and their staff, and present a positive first impression of our brand to prospective patients.
• Cultivate positive, open, and helpful relationships among community practices, medical staff and providers, while managing feedback and strengthening our reputation.
• Serve as the bridge between our clinic and referring offices, as well as our broader community.
