As our Dispatch Superstar, you'll command the hub of communication-connecting ambulance and wheelchair teams to the people who need them most, fielding calls with ease, and keeping radio traffic flowing like a welltuned symphony. You'll track crews in real time, collaborate with hospitals and public safety partners, verify key details, and keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, operates a base radio station by dispatching ambulance and wheelchair personnel to emergent or non-emergent situations and/or requests for assistance and/or transport and by monitoring all radio traffic for designated frequencies as well as through multiple phone lines. The dispatcher is the hub of communication for ambulance and wheelchair van transports.

Shifts: - Full-Time, Day
- This is anonsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.
- Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location:
- Texas:
Lubbock - Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements.
- Upon request:
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. - 1 or more years of experience working in a customer service related environment
- 1 or more years of dispatch experience, preferably with Security, Law Enforcement or Military Police
- Coursework/Training: 30 hours or more of higher education coursework.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
