Assistant Child Development Teacher, Infants and Toddlers – Lubbock

Assists in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum while supporting the Center's philosophy. Supervises children using positive guidance techniques under the supervision of the Lead Teacher. Communicates with parents and co‑workers. Performs duties with minimal supervision and may be designated teacher‑in‑charge of a classroom.

Full Time:
Day, onsite at Covenant Medical Center, Lubbock, TX. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled and reside within commutable distance of Lubbock.

• HS Diploma – OR – GED Equivalency
• Proof of a valid driver license and auto insurance (if driving is required).

• Active Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certificate
• 1+ years of experience working with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months
• 1+ years of teaching experience in a Texas Licensed Childcare Facility
• 3+ years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Experience driving a van and transporting individuals between multiple locations
