Assists in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum while supporting the Center's philosophy. Supervises children using positive guidance techniques under the supervision of the Lead Teacher, communicates with parents and co‑workers, and performs duties with minimal supervision. May be designated teacher‑in‑charge of a classroom.

• Multiple openings for Assistant Child Development Teacher, Infants and Toddlers.
• Shifts available:
  Full Time (Day).
• Onsite position; daily attendance at the designated location required.
• Candidates must reside within commutable distance of Lubbock, TX.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.
• Driving may be necessary; caregivers must comply with all state laws and provide proof of driver’s license and auto insurance upon request.

• Active Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certificate.
• 1+ year experience working with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
• 1+ year teaching experience in a Texas‑licensed childcare facility.
• 3+ years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Experience driving a van and transporting individuals between multiple locations.

$13.50 – $19.64 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
