Overview
Labatt Food Service is seeking a Hiring Coordinator for our Lubbock Distribution Center. This position is primarily responsible for staffing transportation, production, and warehouse employees to staff multiple DCs.
Responsibilities- Review applications
- Interview applicants
- Administer job-related activities
- Run background and MVR reports
- Hire qualified applicants
- Staffing for transportation, production, and warehouse roles across multiple distribution centers
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Outgoing, hardworking, and analytical
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and under high stress
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
