Performs all Accounts Receivable duties including taking service calls and entering them into the system..
- Invoice and mail all service/job tickets to customers
- Prepare and mail monthly customer statements.
- Collect and process payments from customers.
- Engage in various collection activities on past‑due customer accounts.
- Maintain customer files, including the collection of Sales Tax Resale and Exemption certificates.
- Serve as back up to receptionist in answering the phones.
- Punctuality and presence at desk
