Senior Tax Manager

We are a small CPA firm that is seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Manager to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. This role is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about mentoring and developing talent. This individual can look to having the ability to become a Partner level with ownership in the very near future.

We provide a full range of tax return preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, S-Corps, trusts and estates, payroll, and state returns. Our firm also work in international account, audit support, and litigation support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s degree in Taxation preferred)
• CPA license required
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 2 years in a senior contributor role
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners and team members in office in Lubbock Texas
