• Lead and manage branch staff, creating a positive and supportive environment
• Take part in the branch on-call rota, managing incidents, emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and service continuity
• Oversee scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and risk management
• Build strong relationships with clients and the local community
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities

• Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential
• Strong business acumen with a drive to grow the service
• Knowledge of CQC standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
