Home Manager

Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their well-established not-for-profit elderly care providers to appoint a Home Manager for a small, high-performing residential and dementia service based in Suffolk.

This is a well-regarded home with an Outstanding regulatory rating and a strong local reputation. The service offers a warm, relationship-led environment where visible leadership and team culture are key.

We are keen to speak with experienced Home Managers or strong Deputy Managers ready to step into their first home leadership role.

The role will involve:

• Overall leadership of a small residential & dementia service

• Championing high-quality, person-centred dementia care

• Maintaining Outstanding standards and regulatory compliance

• Leading and developing a stable, engaged team

• Building strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community

To be considered, you will need:

• Proven experience within residential elderly care

• Strong dementia care background

• Good working knowledge of CQC standards

• A hands-on, values-driven leadership approach

The role offers £40,000 £ 50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
