Finance Assistant / Credit Controller – Lowestoft, Suffolk – Full-time | Permanent – Competitive Salary + Benefits.

Currently they are looking for a driven, proactive and detail-focused Finance Assistant / Credit Controller to join their team in Lowestoft.

• Processing sales invoices and credit notes
• Maintaining customer accounts and credit limits
• Proactively engaging with customers to ensure payments are made within agreed terms
• Chasing overdue debts
• Journal processing
• Posting bank receipts and payments
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Processing expense claims
• Managing company credit cards
• Assisting with administration of the company fleet
• Providing holiday cover for the purchase ledger

• Experience working within a finance function
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Logical and methodical approach
• Excellent communication skills
• A supportive team player who takes ownership and works with attention to detail
