The role of a Work Experience Coordinator within Service Industries – Hair & Beauty, Travel & Tourism, Cabin Crew, Hospitality, and Catering – is fundamental in curating and managing placement opportunities, with valued existing and new local employers.
Your ability to “bridge the gap” between classroom delivery and practical experience will rely on your:
- First class administration and organisation skills
- Confident and effective communication with students, lecturers, and employers
- Ability to identify quality placement opportunities
- Commitment to safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Enthusiasm in supporting aspirations and achievement
