Asbestos Analyst - Lowestoft

Daily Rate: £230 - £240 per day

Full mileage expenses covered (door‑to‑site)

Duration: 6 to 12 months contract

We are currently recruiting for a P403 & P404 qualified Asbestos Analyst to join a high‑intensity demolition project in Lowestoft. This isn't a standard office strip‑out; you will be the lead analyst overseeing the floor‑by‑floor, brick‑by‑brick demolition of a residential block of flats.

• Floor‑by‑floor air monitoring and fibre counting.
• Ensuring all site records and analytical reports meet strict UKAS standards.
• Managing 4‑stage clearances during structural dismantling.

• Mandatory BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
• Proven track record in analytical work.
• Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card.
• Reliable site presence and technical accuracy.
