Lowestoft, Suffolk Rate: £230 - £240 per day + Full Mileage Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Are you an experienced Analyst who thrives on dynamic, fast-moving sites rather than the standard "contractor treadmill"?

We are currently recruiting for a P403 & P404 qualified Asbestos Analyst to join a high-intensity demolition project in Lowestoft. This isn't a standard office strip-out; you will be the lead analyst overseeing the floor-by-floor, brick-by-brick demolition of a residential block of flats.

The Package:
Competitive Pay + Travel

We are looking for a reliable professional to commit to this project from start to finish. To support the right candidate, the package includes:

Daily Rate: £230 - £240 per day.

Travel:
Full mileage expenses covered (Door-to-site).

Duration: 6- 12 months contract.

The Work:
Technical oversight and 4-stage clearances during structural dismantling.

The Role

Working alongside a specialised demolition crew, you will be responsible for:

Floor-by-floor air monitoring and fibre counting.

Ensuring all site records and analytical reports meet strict UKAS standards.

Managing 4-stage clearances.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Mandatory BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent).

Experience:

Proven track record in analytical work.

Compliance:
Full UK Driving License and valid CSCS card.

Reliability:
We need an analyst who takes pride in their site-presence and technical accuracy.
