With a growing fleet of over 55 Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), 2 Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV) and 1 Multi-Purpose Accommodation Support Vessel (MPASV) - and several newbuilds under construction - Windcat plays a key role in supporting offshore projects worldwide.

As part of CMB.TECH, one of the largest listed and diversified maritime groups in the world, you'll get more than just a job title - you'll join a team dedicated to shaping the future of offshore energy.

Are you a natural communicator who loves building relationships, telling a compelling story, and representing a market leading brand?

We are looking for a Commercial Engagement and Tender Associate to strengthen our commercial presence across the UK and EU.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our Chartering & Tender team, helping clients understand why Windcat is different and ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated at every interaction.

Why Join Windcat?

Windcat is a trusted leader in the offshore wind and marine sectors, known for innovation, operational excellence, and a rapidly expanding CTV fleet. You’ll be joining a growing, international business where your work has real commercial impact.

As Commercial Engagement and Tender Associate , you’ll be the face and voice of Windcat in client meetings, events, and presentations — championing our services and strengthening long-term relationships. You will play a vital role in writing tenders and supporting chartering activities, helping us win work and continue to challenge the industry with our high standards.

As our Commercial Engagement and Tender Associate , you will:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across the offshore energy sector.
  • Communicate Windcat’s value, capabilities, and differentiators in a compelling, client-focused way.
  • Support the Chartering & Tender Manager with commercial presentations, proposals, and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to tender responses by crafting clear, client oriented narratives and supporting material.
  • Undertake the full tender process from initial charter inception and the contractual negotiations, through to execution.
  • Prepare high-quality, client focused proposals that enable our value proposition to be part of the client’s evaluation.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the UK and EU as a representative of Windcat.
  • Gather insights from clients and feed them back into the business to support commercial decision-making.
  • Take the lead on internal communications, gathering relevant information and producing content to ensure colleagues are engaged with key corporate messages and kept informed via regular content and updates.
  • Collaborate with operational, technical, and commercial teams to ensure client needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Skills / Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to explain value clearly and confidently both verbally and in written documentation
  • A client focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in a commercial, sales, account management or client engagement role (offshore, marine, or energy sector experience is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider commercial team.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence presenting to clients.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and to our Ijmuiden office, plus UK/EU client locations.

You’ll join a collaborative organisation where safety and respect come first. We encourage initiative and value people who take pride in delivering excellent service. At Windcat, you’ll be part of a team working to shape the future of offshore personnel transfer.

If you’re driven, personable, and excited by the offshore energy sector, we’d love to hear from you.
