Sales Representative, Business Development
Our client, in the electrical industry, is seeking an Electrical Outside Sales professional to join their team. As an Electrical Outside Sales representative, you will be an essential part of the sales department supporting customer engagement and account management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Electrical Outside Sales
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Pay Range: 65k-85k, plus commission
Shift: Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the electrical industry
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding electrical products and solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in outside sales or account management within the electrical trade or relevant trade experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of electrical products and industry trends is a plus
- Ability to travel is a requirement
