• Pay rate: $26–$28 hourly

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (training provided)
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on‑call schedule
• Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning
• Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed
• Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands‑on environment
• Some maintenance experience is great (apartment or general repair) but not required—training provided
• Possesses a basic set of hand tools and is comfortable using them
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks such as bending, reaching, and crawling
• Willing to be on‑call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule)
• Preferred candidate will live in the greater Nashua area and must pass a pre‑employment background screening
