• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs
• Provide routine care for patients
• Observe patients' health and respond to changing conditions

• Possess an active license in MA to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred
• Willing to train interested candidates
• New graduates are welcome; experience is not required

Full time, part time, and per diem RN/LPN positions are available on day and evening shifts across all three shifts.
