Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift

Location: Hyannis, MA

Job Type: Travel / Contract

Shift: Evenings (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends, holidays, and on‑call coverage (9:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Weekly Pay: $2,686/week

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to support an interdisciplinary hospice care team. This travel assignment plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered end‑of‑life care, including pain management and symptom control, to patients in home and facility‑based settings. The role requires reliable transportation to cover an assigned territory.

• Deliver skilled nursing care, supportive care, and symptom management in hospice home and facility environments
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify changes in condition, and promptly communicate with physicians and care providers
• Implement and manage individualized Plans of Care in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
• Complete admission documentation and clinical narratives accurately and within required timelines
• Supervise hospice aides in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on hospice philosophy, services, and care expectations

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years of hospice RN case management experience
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment medication competency assessment

• Hospice home care experience
• IV certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Strong electronic documentation and clinical system proficiency
