Starting pay: $18.77/hr
Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr, 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr
As a QA Technician
, you'll play a vital role in maintaining product quality and safety by performing in-process checks, inspections, and analytical tests. You'll help validate that our food safety systems-from HACCP to GMP-are running as they should.

- Conduct line checks, first case checks, and beaker weights to ensure ongoing product quality
- Review and sign off on MVI jobs; pulling reports and adding jobs as needed
- Perform analytical tests, such as titrations and specification reviews
- Verify sanitation procedures and environmental monitoring
- Manage product hold status: tagging, logging, investigating, and updating systems (ERP/SharePoint)
- Investigate customer complaints and pull retain samples and production documentation
- Document and report findings in accordance with food safety protocols
- Some knowledge of ROSS, NWA, SharePoint, or similar systems preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information professionally in team settings and through email
- Understanding of quality manufacturing principles such as HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards
- Passion for process improvement and a sharp eye for detail
