Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced QA Analyst – Zuora Rev Pro to support end‑to‑end quality assurance of revenue recognition processes across Zuora Revenue (Rev Pro) and its upstream and downstream integrations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and auditable revenue recognition outcomes in alignment with ASC 606 / IFRS 15
.
The QA Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Business Systems, and Technology teams to validate revenue contracts, performance obligations, allocation logic, and revenue schedules across the full Order‑to‑Revenue (O2R) lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Execute end‑to‑end QA testing for revenue recognition within Zuora Rev Pro
- Validate revenue data flows from upstream systems such as Salesforce/CPQ, PSA/Certinia, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 into Rev Pro
- Test revenue contract creation, performance obligations, allocation rules, revenue schedules, and revenue release events
- Contract amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Manual revenue journals and approval workflows
- Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression test cases
, ensuring traceability to business and functional requirements - Validate Rev Pro outputs, including revenue postings, deferred revenue balances, and reconciliation reports against source systems
- Log, track, and triage defects; collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and developers through resolution and retesting cycles
- Support UAT execution with Finance and Revenue Accounting teams, including preparation of test evidence and sign‑off documentation
- Participate in period‑end close and performance testing ensure Rev Pro processes high‑volume revenue events within required timelines
- Contribute to test plans, test summaries, and QA documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles under ASC 606 and/or IFRS 15
- Solid experience with SIT, UAT, and regression testing methodologies
- Ability to validate complex revenue scenarios and ensure data accuracy across integrated systems
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance and Revenue Accounting teams
- Strong analytical, documentation, and defect‑management skills
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ

- Background in enterprise SaaS or complex billing environments
