- Manage development backlog for client engagements and assign tasks to junior engineers
- Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance
- Provide client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements
- Maintain awareness of technology and industry trends relevant to simulation and emulation
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experience in leading the implementation of scalable simulation and emulation technology in an operational setting
- Experience developing in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related languages
- Experience delivering projects using Agile or similar methodologies
- Familiarity with Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalent industrial standard simulation software
- Experience conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure
- Experience integrating emulation software with soft and physical controllers
