About

The Role

UKG's AI solutions offer numerous advantages, particularly in Human Capital Management (HCM), by improving employee experiences through AI-powered insights, enhancing efficiency by automating tasks, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The General Manager (GM) for Artificial Intelligence (AI) at UKG is a visionary leader with P&L accountability and responsibility for transforming and growing the AI business as part of UKGs broader growth initiatives.

The AI GM will be responsible for the business’s short and long-term strategy and product roadmap and will accelerate the product journey and operationalize the product management and product marketing functions ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across shared services in Engineering, Design, Security and Architecture, in order to enable scale and stay ahead of customer demands. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the AI GM will have P&L responsibility for the business and lead a team of approximately 16 team members.

The AI GM will combine a highly strategic mindset, operational orientation, and an ability to drive measurable change. They will be responsible for assessing and developing the team and infusing operational rigor and modern product development practices into the business. They will be a builder of people and teams and a collaborative leader who can partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of the UKG leadership team, actively shape the future vision and strategy for the company and the AI business unit, ensuring alignment with UKG's broader strategic goals.

Create a comprehensive AI product roadmap and strategy that aligns with UKG's broader strategy, focusing on differentiation and growth aspirations in the short, mid-, and long-term.
