About the RoleSupervisory Behavioral Program Supervisor role: responsible for the administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavioral Analysis staff in all aspects of the Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department.
Essential Job Functions- Supervise Behavior Analysts and department staff.
- Recommend employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations; perform evaluations, orientation, scheduling, training.
- Ensure consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques and promote a therapeutic environment.
- Serve as liaison to other departments.
- Instruct staff in behavior intervention strategies, including in-service training and professional development.
- Maintain individual caseload and perform duties of a behavior analyst.
- Assign cases to team members based on caseload.
- Review treatment plans for completeness.
- Facilitate behavior intervention team meetings, developing agendas, disseminating information, training updates.
- Maintain contact with all behavior analysts to disseminate policy and procedure updates.
- Work with management to design, implement, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Track data related to team performance targets and report timeliness.
- Support quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Directly supervise assigned staff: performance appraisals, scheduling, orientation, training.
- Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and resolve issues.
- Master’s Degree in behavior analysis or related field with BCBA credential.
- Documented training in behavior intervention techniques.
- 1-3 years of experience.

- Travel as needed.
- Medium work: exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 30 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
