• Implement therapeutic plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
• Provide daily care, including gait training, balance exercises, strength training, endurance exercises, and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and wellness
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA standards
• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current and valid licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to apply for licensure
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
• Current Arkansas license or eligibility to obtain a license within one month of hire
• LSVT BIG or PWR! Moves certification preferred

• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in physical therapy
• Demonstrated ability in patient education and support
• Skills in care coordination and developing individualized health plans
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
• Familiarity with operational excellence in maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies
