The GRIP Program is a group home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care, providing 24‑hour comprehensive care with a full clinical, nursing, and direct care staff.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is $34.00 to $41.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Training and Responsibilities- Develop nursing skills by educating and providing health‑care services to promote healthy choices that enhance our youth’s physical and mental well‑being.
- Create a safe and therapeutic community by overseeing medication documentation, administration, and completing assessments to ensure optimal treatment for our youth.
- Help youths and families navigate medical needs and provide valuable skills to ensure success in their next steps.

- Massachusetts RN license.
- Residential program or mental health program experience preferred; experience working with specialized adolescent populations preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; transporting students is required.
- Training in physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to provide the safest therapeutic environment.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
