A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within an elementary school setting. This contract position is itinerant, serving multiple locations throughout the school year (CSY) in Lowell, MA. The role is ideal for professionals skilled in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and supporting staff and students through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans in compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor effective behavioral strategies across various school environments.
  • Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to school personnel to ensure consistent behavioral interventions.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute expertise and ensure comprehensive student support.
Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably at the elementary level.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ability to apply them effectively within educational environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work successfully with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and travel between school sites as an itinerant professional.
Location:
  • Elementary school environments throughout Lowell, MA area.
