• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends or nights
• Independent private practice group with 4 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners
• Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine
• Adult-only patient population with census of 20 patients per day
