• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigate within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Operate all delivery equipment and assist with inventory (stock ingredients, prepare product).
• Deliver orders by car, door‑to‑door, and may distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Accurately enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change and handle transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members over the phone and in person.
• Complete all tasks in a safe and timely manner.

• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements quickly.
• Ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to reach, lift, push, and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina to walk and climb stairs (up to 5 flights) during delivery.
• Adaptability to varying weather, temperature, and noise conditions.

• Carry and deliver pizzas, beverages, and supplies while walking and climbing.
• Transport loads up to 50 pounds, lift luggage in and out of vehicles, and handle bulk deliveries with a hand truck.
• Stand, walk, and sit as required during normal work tasks.
• Reach both above and below waist level to perform stocking and menu updates.
• Maintain eye‑hand coordination and use hands continuously throughout the shift.
