He/she is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, for all tools, and equipment to perform this operation.

• Keep the building, workbenches, company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep the grounds free of trash and loose items.
• Keep the salvage yard clean and orderly.
• Help with ordering and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Have a driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Pick up parts and take customers around town as required.
• Perform all duties safely.
• Follow Bruckner policy and procedures, both written and implied.
• Work with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; at least a minimum 9th‑grade education.
• Experience in the trade and knowledge of proper products and tools required.
• Ability to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Position requires interaction with others and ability to move easily from one task to another. Some level of stress due to urgency of various job tasks.

• Pass a physical and drug screen.
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
• Work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed.
