AWM Wealth Planner

What You’ll Do at Arvest

The Wealth Planner is responsible for partnering with the Advanced Planning Team and working with Wealth Strategists and the Engagement Coordinator to foster relationships with local teams, including Bank Leadership, Bank Board of Directors, Lenders, Private Banking, CAs, WAs, TOs and IOs to offer high level encounters of Discovery and Solutions for AWM's high net‑wealth clients with an emphasis on the priorities and goals of the client and implementing solutions according to their financial, business succession and personal plans.

  • Manage relationships on the Advanced Planning Team (APT) by working with the Engagement Coordinator and Wealth Strategists to lead discussions, planning and delivery of plans establishing a coordinated system of engagement internally to produce the best solutions for clients and provide finalized plans.
  • Collaborate with the engagement coordinator and Wealth Strategist on the financial plan and solutions for the success of the client's goals and priorities.
  • Cultivate relationships across the Arvest footprint with Bank Leadership, Bank Board of Directors, Lenders, Private Banking, Client Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, and Investment Officers establishing an ongoing pipeline of engagement.
  • Host client approved webinars and internal and external educational meetings to facilitate future engagements.
  • Lead Discovery and Solutions meetings with APT, local team and clients focusing on client relationship establishment.
  • Work with APT and local teams on the implementation of the solutions and help engage the advisor and client to execute the solutions to establish a system of follow‑up supporting future engagement and revenue generation.
  • Work with marketing on promoting APT to the Arvest Footprint through printed materials and video opportunities to increase awareness.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
Toolbox for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
  • 8 years prior sales experience and industry relevant experience in finance required.
  • In‑depth knowledge of investment and fiduciary products and services required.
  • In‑depth knowledge of complex estate and taxation required.
  • Experience with past high net‑worth clients required.
  • Certifications such as CFP, CWS, CEPA, ChFC, CLU, CFA preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of management and sales techniques preferred.
  • Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands

Pay Range

$129,050 - $161,315 per year

Grade 19
