Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, for a Project Manager specializing in Commercial Construction, located in Fayetteville, AR. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, supervising contractors and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all project requirements and regulations. The individual will also handle logistics and facilitate smooth communication between teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Experience with Expediting, Expeditor tasks, and maintaining project workflow to avoid delays.
- Knowledge in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations..
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience in commercial construction is required; a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
