Director of Print Operations

Benton Lane (formerly Compound Foundry) is a rapidly growing family of eCommerce home and decor brands—including Painted Paper, Lemon Park, Carbon Designs, Aspen&Arlo, and Anthem. We're looking for an early-career operator who’s excited to take ownership and keep things running smoothly on the floor of our in-house print shop, one of the largest digital print production facilities in the U.S.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and knows how to bring people together around a common goal. You don’t need years of manufacturing experience - we care more about your drive, your sense of urgency, your communication skills, and your ability to learn fast and lead with purpose. What You'll Do

• Own production output metrics, including daily throughput, backlog reduction, on-time completion, and quality standards
• Be directly accountable for hitting production goals and communicating performance clearly and consistently
• Use data to drive decisions, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency on the floor
• Create urgency and momentum around getting orders out the door accurately and on time
• Hold yourself and others to a high standard of responsibility, consistency, and follow-through
• Bring energy, ownership, and a competitive drive to improve results week over week
• Inspire and engage team members by clearly communicating the purpose and impact of our work
• Learn our print systems and processes inside and out - then help improve them
• Coordinate with other teams (design, fulfillment, customer experience) to keep everyone aligned
• Troubleshoot issues and keep things moving when challenges arise
• Own special projects to make our operations more efficient, scalable, and human-centered
